At LearninGlee we seed it, nurture it, and let it grow where it can take root.

We bridge the gap between policy and practice by:

  • Equipping teachers with practical, NEP-aligned approaches.

  • Engaging parents and communities as allies in reform.

  • Protecting children while providing digital, emotional, and academic tools early on.

Learninglee is registered as a Section 8 Company, incorporated in 2024 under the legal name Kash Learninglee Education and Empowerment Foundation.

Previously operating as a trust, the organization had been piloting and running grassroots projects to address local educational challenges. With its transition to a Section 8 structure, Learninglee is now positioned to deliver its initiatives in a more structured, scalable, and sustainable way—driving long-term impact in education, child protection, and community empowerment.

When Education Becomes a Privilege

  • Government schools are failing to deliver empowering, quality education.
  • Private schools and expensive coaching centers have turned learning into a commodity.
  • According to ASER 2023, less than 50% of Grade 8 children in J&K can solve a simple division problem or read a Grade 2 text.

This is not just a learning gap. It is a generational crisis that risks producing children who are economically unprepared, emotionally unequipped, and civically disengaged.

Why Current Solutions Fail

Policies Without Practice

Despite reforms like NEP 2020, implementation has been superficial.

  • Formative assessments are reduced to pen-paper tests with no feedback.
  • Fee regulations distort schools’ functioning.
  • Teachers lack real support to shift from rote to competency-based learning.

The problem is not intent — it’s the missing link between theory and practice.

Our Theory of Change

If teachers understand, parents support, and children are empowered — then education will finally equalise, not exclude.

👉 Teachers become facilitators of real learning.
👉 Parents become partners in transformation.
👉 Children don’t just attend school, they thrive.

Our Vision

Education that Empowers All

We envision a future where: Learning is a right, not a privilege. Schools are places of confidence, dignity, and justice. Every child, regardless of background, has the tools to thrive in society.
